Brewing has been part of our home since 1985. A freshly poured Fischer beer and a table shared with friends – the makings of a lovely evening.

Fischer Helles - die Nr. 1

Our original naturally cloudy lager, with 12.5° original gravity. The Fischer Helles started it all in 1985: an unfiltered, unpasteurised Bavarian-style pale lager. Fresh and mild, yet full of character.

5.2% vol. · Alcohol
Fischer Pils

Our take on a classic pilsner, with a gentle malt character and a creamy head. Magnum hops provide the bitterness, while Spalter Select, Tettnanger and Tradition add herbal, spicy and woody notes.

Roter Milan

Roter Milan is our house-brewed red Zwickl beer.

Herbstzwickl

Our autumn Zwickl brings warm autumn colours, a velvety malt character and mild hop notes beneath a creamy head. Malty, smooth and easy to enjoy.
