A taste of Vienna at our gasthaus
Fischerbräu brings Austrian cooking and house-brewed beer to the same table. Visit our restaurant at Billrothstraße 17 in Vienna-Döbling for Viennese favourites, seasonal dishes and a relaxed meal with friends or family.
Which schnitzel would you like?
Our original Wiener schnitzel is made with veal and served with Viennese potato salad. The menu also includes pork and chicken schnitzel, prepared Viennese style. Our schnitzel page shows the current choices and prices directly from the menu.
More from the Austrian kitchen
Kasnockn are small dumplings with cheese, served with leeks, fried onions and green salad. The menu includes an optional bacon addition, so tell us how you would like yours. For a smaller bite with your beer, try our spicy beer spread on bread, served cold or warm.

House-brewed beer and a place to settle in
We have brewed beer on site since 1985. Learn about our house beers and choose a drink from the current menu. Our indoor dining rooms welcome you year-round; in the warmer months, weather permitting, you can also enjoy the beer garden under the chestnut trees.
